CEO: Chris Jones
Chris L. Jones is an award-winning entrepreneur, restauranteur, investor, mentor, and public speaker. With over 14 years’ experience in business ownership, Chris got his start in entrepreneurship as a television mounting technician. After leaving his full-time job, Chris started I Hang Flat Screens which became SMS Contractors. He is also the owner of Sunday Morning Contractors, a freight and logistics company that gives ownership opportunities to aspiring and budding entrepreneurs in the logistics field. His inspiration as an entrepreneur comes from watching his family start and operate businesses in his native Memphis. He has been surrounded by business owners from a young age and vowed to become one to honor each member of his family that laid such a solid foundation.
Lindsey Hyman: Events Manager
Lindsey Hyman has always been intrigued by events and the various aspects that go into organizing them. When it comes to music, entertainment, and maintaining an orderly timeline she is a force. Lindsey launched her career by contacting an event planner asking for an internship, and got the job right on the spot with her winning personality and confidence. After graduating from the University of Memphis and Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Education/ Organizational Leadership, Lindsey worked as an Event Coordinator for two years. She then went on to be an Event Manager in Memphis, TN. Lindsey moved to Nashville in 2015, and is committed each day to learning and advancing her skill set and knowledge. Lindsey joined the Echelon team in 2020 and she’s excited for all things that are in store for the future. Lindsey enjoys her Nashville lifestyle to the fullest by taking in all of the experiences she can. From live music, fabulous restaurants and year-round concerts she knows how to work and play.
